Once a Project Plan has been completed, we work with you and the site team to deploy and train all resource in your SOPs and the eSolutions needed to deliver a project as per master plan and master schedule.

This method allows for on the job improvements to be implemented immediately and a right first time goal to be set. Auto updating Key Performance indicators are set out at the start which can ensure real time reporting.  The success of a project relies on being able to efficiently execute CQV and Operational/Engineering Startup.

DEM Services can provide the planning, resources and technical/document management support for the project delivery.

Working with you we provide resources in key positions to ensure that the project execution processes are adhered too.  All resources will have the DEM Services internal training ensuring they can drive all the eSolution processes for each specific project.  

These engineering resources can be CQV Leads, CQV Engineers, Document Controllers, Turnover Engineers, Site Data Analytics Lead.

Generation of full project deliverables list at early stage of project
